How long does shipping take?

  • Orders ship within 1-3 business days , but due to COVID-19 items may experience a delay in delivery. Local Pick up is also available.

    Please note that once orders have gone out it is now in the hands of the postal service. Please contact the respectable postal service in regards to lost or stolen packages.

    We are not responsible for delayed or missing packages 



Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used lash trays, opened glue/remover/bonder, used tweezers for sanitary reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do have a 14 day exchange policy on unopened/unused items please contact us Via direct message on Instagram or via email. For online: You will be responsible for the cost of return label and it will be sent to you via email once we receive item back, we will ship new item to you. In store: Must have a receipt, no receipt no exchange. No exceptions.

In the event that you have received the wrong order or are missing an item please contact customer service via email info@bluluxe.co or via call or text (470)-374-2720  right away so we can assist you. We ship out Monday-Friday and we will cover shipping at no cost to you.
