How long does shipping take?

  • Items ship within 1-3 business days , but due to COVID-19 items may experience a delay. Local Pick up is also available.

 What happens if my package is lost/or stolen?

  • Blu Luxe is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 Wrong order/missing item?

  • In the event that you have received the wrong order or are missing an item please contact customer service via email info@bluluxe.co or via call or text (470) 374-2720. We ship out Monday-Friday and we will cover shipping at no cost to you.

By agreeing to terms and services you agree that all the credit card information you have entered is correct & belongs to you. You also agree that if  have not received your order/or are unsatisfied with your order that you will first contact customer service via email info@bluluxe.co or via call or text (470) 374-2720  right away so we can assist you. You agree that this purchase is NOT fraudulent meaning that you can not report this purchase as fraudulent to your bank.
